Deli 31 is the Bleibtreu Berlin's shop window. During the summer months, the tables in front of the glass facade of Bleibtreustrasse 31 are visible from afar. Up to now Burger, frieze, Salads, Bagels and sandwiches brought exclusively a breath of New York in Bleibtreustrasse. Since beginning of January beside daily varying business lunch also dishes like calf's prime boiled beef, braised little cattle forecastles and grill plates by noble fishing are prepared in front of the guests eyes.

Besides, is respected not only to the quality. Wines and also the meat as well as the fish are selected just as all the other ingredients with special care and are prepared.
