
The famous Kurfuerstendamm boulevard (called Kudamm by locals) has a length of 3.5 km and connects Berlin Charlottenburg from Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church at Breitscheid place until Rathenau Place in Berlin Grunewald.
The Kurfuerstendamm is the most famous boulevard in the city of West Berlin. It is most popular amongst locals and tourists because of its huge variety of boutiques, shops, cafés and restaurants.
The extension of the Kurfuerstendamm is Tauentzienstrasse and connects the Memorial Church with the Wittenberg place where the famous KaDeWe department store is located.
